Older Vouchers

With older vouchers, it may happen that the system doesn't automatically recognize the voucher code. In this case, you can proceed as follows:

  1. Enter the Voucher Code: Enter your voucher code in the "Message to the Host" field.
  2. Select Payment Method: Choose the payment method "Prepayment via bank transfer". Please avoid making a direct payment via PayPal, Klarna, etc., to avoid the hassle of a refund.
  3. Manual Processing: A staff member will manually process the voucher and inform you once it's been successfully applied.
